What case shapes and sizes can you produce?
Round, square, tonneau and fully custom profiles from 30 mm to 48 mm diameter and 8–14 mm thickness, made to your technical drawing with ±0.08 mm tolerance.
Are the cases injection-moulded or machined?
Both. ABS, polycarbonate and zinc-alloy cases are injection-moulded in-house on our 25 × 50 T machines; stainless steel cases are CNC-machined through a partner and finished by us.
Are your watch cases water resistant?
Cases include sealing grooves for gaskets and are suitable for splash-resistant fashion and sports watches. They are not rated for dive use.
What is the lead time for custom watch cases?
10–21 working days depending on whether a new mould is required. Every case is checked for dimensional accuracy, surface quality and fitment with movement and strap before dispatch.
What does a custom watch case cost?
Case pricing is driven by size, wall section, shape complexity, finish and volume — a plain round ABS case and a two-tone plated tonneau are very different numbers. Tooling is quoted as its own line, so you can see what is one-off and what is per-piece.

Can you supply cases matched to our dial, glass and movement holder?
Yes, and this is the main argument for buying the set from one supplier. When the dial, glass, movement holder and case all come from our floor, the stack-up is checked as an assembly before anything ships.
Sourced separately, that tolerance argument ends up on your bench. More on single-source supply.
What finishes and platings can you apply to watch cases?
Polished, matte, textured, metallic-plated, chrome and gold PVD, with colour matched to a Pantone or RAL reference or to a physical sample. Two-tone finishes are possible but add a downstream operation with its own minimum.
Tell us the finish at enquiry stage — a case quoted plain and then revised to plated is effectively a new quote.
Do you make watch cases in stainless steel as well as plastic?
Our core capability is injection-moulded cases in ABS and polycarbonate, which covers most fashion and mid-range watch programmes. Stainless steel components are supported for specific parts of an assembly rather than as our primary offering.
