Our plant and people — FAQ
What you are looking at in these photographs, and how to see it in person.
Question not answered here? Send your drawing or a description and we will reply with a specific answer, not a brochure.
Ask a question
What does the gallery show?
Our actual plant in Greater Noida — the injection moulding floor, the tool room, inspection and finishing areas, and moments from the working year such as Vishwakarma Puja. They are photographs of the real facility, not stock images.
If there is an area you want to see that is not covered, ask and we will send pictures of it, or arrange a visit.
Can I visit the factory in person?
Yes. Visits run Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm at our Greater Noida plant. Book ahead through the contact page so the engineer who would handle your job is available to walk you through it.
For anything beyond a small first order, a visit is usually the fastest way to settle whether a supplier can do what they claim.
What machinery do you run?
25 injection moulding machines in the 50-tonne class across a 450 sqm facility, plus an in-house tool room with CNC and EDM capability, a pad printing section and a dimensional inspection area.
Combined capacity is over 50 lakh pieces per month. More detail on the about page.
Do you photograph customer parts?
No. Everything shown is either our own general production, our facility, or work we have explicit permission to show. Customer drawings, tooling and branded parts are never published or shown to other customers.
If you need an NDA in place before sending anything, say so in your first message.
How can I see samples of your work?
The product pages each carry a photo gallery of that component line, with materials, tolerances and lead times alongside. For a specific part, the better route is to send your drawing — we will tell you whether we already hold similar tooling and can show you comparable work.
