INDUSTRIES
SERVED

Core expertise in watch components. Our injection moulding and tooling capabilities extend to electronics, automotive, electrical and promotional merchandise.

Sectors

Sector 01

Watch Manufacturing

Our core expertise lies in serving the watch industry. We supply complete watch component kits — dial rings, cases, dials, glass, straps, movement holders, and bezels — to OEM watch brands and contract assemblers across India. From fashion watches to promotional timepieces, we deliver components that meet your quality and volume requirements.

Sector 02

Consumer Electronics

We manufacture precision plastic housings, enclosures, buttons, and internal structural components for consumer electronic devices. Our tight-tolerance moulding capabilities make us a reliable supplier for products where dimensional accuracy and surface finish are critical.

Sector 03

Automotive Components

Our injection moulding capabilities extend to automotive interior and under-hood plastic components. We work with engineering-grade polymers like PA66-GF, POM, and PBT to produce parts that meet automotive durability and temperature requirements.

Sector 04

Electrical & Switchgear

We manufacture insulating components, terminal blocks, switch housings, and panel accessories for the electrical switchgear industry. Materials used meet flame-retardancy standards (UL94-V0) and electrical insulation requirements.

Ask a question

Which industries does Mahalaxmi Industries supply?

The watch industry is our core — OEM brands, private-label buyers and assemblers taking dial rings, cases, dials, glass, straps and movement holders. Beyond it we mould components for automotive trim, electrical and electronic fittings, appliance and consumer products.

The common thread is small, precise, cosmetically critical plastic parts in volume, rather than any one sector.

Do you supply OEM watch brands directly?

Yes. Our OEM customers include Titan, Timex and KDDL, and we work directly with their sourcing and engineering teams rather than through intermediaries. Parts are made to their drawings and carry their branding.

We work the same way with smaller private-label buyers — the process does not change with order size, only the tooling economics do.

Can you manufacture plastic parts for industries other than watches?

Yes. Any part that fits a 50-tonne shot and needs tolerances around ±0.05 mm is worth sending to us. We run automotive trim clips and housings, electrical fittings, appliance components and consumer-product parts on the same machines, to the same inspection standard.

See plastic moulded products for what that covers, or just send a drawing.

Do you work with watch assemblers as well as brands?

Yes, and assemblers are often our most demanding customers, because a fitment problem shows up on their bench immediately rather than three steps downstream. That pressure is useful — it is what keeps movement holder tolerances at ±0.03 mm.

For assemblers, single-source supply of the whole component set is usually the biggest win. More on that here.

Which export markets do you serve?

We currently ship to the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Switzerland alongside our Indian customers. Export packing, batch labelling, inspection records with the consignment and the associated documentation are all routine.

If you are enquiring from outside these markets, it is not a problem — say so in your enquiry and we will price freight and documentation into the quote.

Do you take on low-volume or prototype work?

Yes, within reason. Tooling has no minimum — we will build or repair a single mould. For moulded parts, we accept pilot quantities below the normal MOQ on a first order so a programme can be validated.

What we cannot do economically is a long-term contract at very low volume on a dedicated new tool; in that case we will say so and suggest a lower-cavity tool or an existing one.
