How quickly do you respond to enquiries?
Component enquiries are normally answered within one working day, and tooling or mould-repair enquiries within 48 hours. Our working hours are Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm IST.
If your enquiry includes a drawing and a target volume, the first reply is usually a price rather than a list of questions.
Where is your factory located?
Greater Noida, Uttar Pradesh 201306, in the Delhi NCR manufacturing belt, about 90 minutes from central Delhi. The map on this page shows the exact location.

Can I visit the plant before placing an order?
Yes, and we encourage it for anything beyond a small first order. Visits run Monday to Saturday, 9:00 am to 6:00 pm.
Please book ahead rather than arriving unannounced, so the engineer who would run your job is free to walk the floor with you instead of being on a machine.
What information should I include in my first message?
A drawing or sample, the material or the application, the finish and any printing, and both your first-order and annual quantities. That is enough to quote.
If some of it is still undecided, send the enquiry anyway and say what is open — we will quote the cases around it. The full checklist is here, or go straight to the quote form.
Do you handle enquiries from outside India?
Yes. We export to the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Switzerland, so overseas enquiries, export documentation and freight coordination are routine.
Mention your destination country in the first message so freight and paperwork are priced into the quote rather than added afterwards.
Who should I contact for a mould repair rather than new parts?
The same enquiry route — use the contact form or the quote form and say it is a tooling job. It goes straight to the tool room.
