How long has Mahalaxmi Industries been manufacturing watch components?
Since 2006 — close to two decades supplying watch components from Greater Noida. The business started in injection moulding and added its own tool room, pad printing and finishing as watch customers asked for more of the part to come from one place.
That length of run matters in practice: most of the failure modes on a moulded watch component are ones we have already seen and corrected on somebody else's programme.
Is Mahalaxmi Industries an OEM supplier?
Yes. Nearly all our output is OEM work made to the customer's drawing and sold under their brand. We supply OEM watch brands including Titan, Timex and KDDL, as well as private-label buyers and assemblers.
We do not compete with our customers by selling finished watches, and we do not show one customer's parts to another.
What is the size of your facility and team?
450 sqm in Greater Noida, running 25 injection moulding machines in the 50-tonne class, with an in-house tool room, pad printing section and inspection area. Capacity is over 50 lakh pieces per month.

Do you export watch components?
Yes — we currently export to the Philippines, Sri Lanka and Switzerland, so export documentation, packing and freight coordination are routine rather than exceptional.
Tell us at the quote stage whether you are collecting ex-works or need us to arrange freight, so it is priced in rather than discovered later.
What makes you different from other watch parts suppliers in India?
Three things, concretely. The tool room is in the same building as the moulding floor, so corrections take days instead of weeks. We cover the complete component set, so fitment is our problem rather than something argued between five vendors. And we quote within one working day with the assumptions written down.
None of that is exotic. It is just harder to find in one supplier than it should be.
Do you sign NDAs and protect customer designs?
Yes. Customer drawings, tooling and samples are treated as the customer's property and are not shown, discussed or reused elsewhere. We sign NDAs as a matter of course when asked, and tooling paid for by a customer belongs to that customer.
If you need an NDA in place before sending a drawing, say so in your first message and we will handle it before anything technical is exchanged.
