Fifty lakh pieces a month means roughly 1.7 lakh pieces a day. At that scale, nothing happens by accident. Every moulding parameter — injection speed, pack pressure, cooling time, screw recovery — is written down, monitored and held steady shot after shot. This is what high-volume plastic injection moulding looks like from the inside of our Greater Noida facility.
The plant
Our 450 sqm shop floor houses 25 injection moulding machines, each rated at 50-tonne clamp force. That machine size is the sweet spot for watch components, consumer electronics housings, electrical enclosures and small-to-medium industrial plastic parts. We can moulded parts from 0.5 grams to 500 grams.
Materials we process
- ABS, PC, ABS+PC blends — our default for cosmetic watch components
- POM (Delrin) — dimensional stability for fitment parts and gears
- PA66, PA66-GF — structural parts for automotive and electrical applications
- PBT — electrical housings requiring heat resistance
- PU (Polyurethane) — soft-touch parts, watch straps
- Flame-retardant grades — UL94-V0 materials for switchgear and electrical components on request
Tolerances and quality
Standard production tolerance is ±0.05 mm on critical dimensions. Tighter tolerances are achievable with dedicated tooling and process control. Every batch passes through three QC stages: incoming material inspection, in-process dimensional checks, final inspection before packing.

Watch manufacturing is our anchor industry — we supply Titan, Timex and KDDL. Beyond watches we mould parts for consumer electronics, automotive interiors, electrical switchgear and promotional merchandise. The capability set that makes watch components reliable — tight tolerance, cosmetic surface control, colour matching — transfers directly to any precision plastic application.
How we handle volume
Large orders run in dedicated production cells: specific machines assigned to specific products, tooling stored on-floor, trained operators who know the cycle time and reject patterns of that particular mould. This continuous-run approach keeps cycle times low and reject rates below 1%.
Exports
We already ship to Philippines, Sri Lanka and Switzerland. Export documentation, packing for ocean freight, and FOB shipments through the IGI Airport cargo corridor are routine for us.
