Our core manufacturing capability is the high-volume production of precision watch components via injection moulding. We run a floor of injection moulding machines ranging from 50-ton to 250-ton clamping force, capable of producing components from sub-gram micro parts to larger assemblies. Every batch goes through in-process quality checks including dimensional measurement, visual inspection, and functional testing.

Do you support colour matching?

Yes — Pantone and RAL matched masterbatch. For critical cosmetic parts we run a colour-check against a certified sample at every batch start.
Lead time on repeat orders?

Tooling already on our floor: 7–14 working days for standard run sizes. Long-term contracts get kanban-style ready stock.
Can you ship internationally?

Yes — we already export to Philippines, Sri Lanka and Switzerland. Shipping is arranged via your freight forwarder or on our account, ex-works or FOB.
